COVID Info for Events

The health and safety of our guests and employees is of the utmost importance to us. We are strictly following the guidelines presented to us by the state of Colorado and Jefferson County.

Because we are not sure what the guidelines surrounding COVID-19 will be like in the coming months, we are updating our potential event inquiries on the present guidelines and letting them know we need to plan around them until further notice. Jefferson County is currently at level blue.

Here are the current guidelines that will impact your event:
- Indoor dine-in service may only be held if the following requirements can be met:
- Patrons in different parties must be a minimum of 6 feet apart. The spacing of tables may need to be 6 feet or more to ensure proper physical distancing between diners from different parties.
- All employees and patrons must wear facial coverings that cover the nose and mouth, except where doing so would inhibit that individual's health or when seated at a table.
- Keep parties together, and do not allow them to mingle with each other. (Tables within your event would need to use the same seat throughout your event.)
- Limit party size to 175 people or fewer (your event would be spaced with guests at tables of 10 or less, but together in the event spaces.)
- Make efforts to reduce congregating inside and outside the establishment including:
- Waiting parties must not congregate in entrance areas and should wait in their cars or off premises until seating is available.
- Eliminating customer-service buffets (a staff member would be serving the buffet with the line spaced out accordingly.)
- Eliminating self-service stations that have multi-use utensils (such as hot dog roller tongs, bulk food bins and coffee urns) and implement touchless self-service wherever practicable. Self-service refills are not allowed.

We would love to host your event, and we appreciate your patience as we navigate these guidelines.
