Lariat Lodge, whose name was inspired by the Lariat Loop scenic bypass in Colorado, has two great locations.  The first location in Evergreen overlooking Bear Creek, opened on Halloween in 2015 and the second in Littleton, just off of Ken Caryl, opened in 2019.  The Evergreen location was the town's very first Brew Pub!

 

The wonderful owners at Lariat Lodge, Anders and Debbie, had no intention of owning a brewery until they met with a man named Eric Rode from Tommyknocker Brewery.  Debbie, who fell in love with the location first, knew they had to make a business of their newfound home.  Eric, who suggested a brewpub, was the perfect person to help them in their excursions of founding Lariat Lodge Brewing Company.  Eric soon became the Head Brewer and one of the key members of their amazing crew.
